Lead Maximisation Systems
You paid for that lead, in ad spend or in months of SEO work. Lead Maximisation is how you get the most out
of it: turning one job into two or three more, in every neighborhood you work in.
-
A-frames
A branded A-frame sign goes up at the street junction or right in front of the job site: “Work is currently being done by [Your Company]. Get 20% off our services when you request a free quote through our website.” Every neighbor who passes by sees the work and the offer. With a website built to convert, that kind of visibility can bring in an estimated 10 to 15 quote requests a month, depending on how long the sign stays up.
-
Coupon cards
After a job is finished, the homeowner gets a handful of 20%-off coupon cards for a high-ticket service, to hand to neighbors. Most people hold onto a coupon even if they don't need the work yet, and when the need comes up, you're the one they call. Priced right from the start, the “discount” still lands at your normal price while the customer feels like they got a deal.
-
Do the work really well
Word of mouth is still the most reliable lead source there is. Homeowners talk to friends, neighbors and coworkers, and when the work looks sharp, your name comes up. It's better to charge properly and deliver a job you're proud of than to win on price and cut corners. A price floor, a minimum you won't go below, protects your ability to deliver quality even when you're tempted to compete on price.

The quality call
A week or two after the job wraps up, we call the customer to check in: is everything still holding up, are they happy, is there anything that needs a second look. It catches small problems before they become bad reviews, and it's a natural moment to ask for a referral or a review while the good experience is still fresh.
